3-day novel contest...

1:39pm.

23,495 words.

Need to go for a walk.

Wondering what constitutes a page:

300 words per page, like I calculated?

Or the usual: 250 words per page.

Must find out. Could be an issue.

I may not make 27,000 words but I'm at 94 pgs.

  1. Perhaps your heroine needs to do something uncharacteristically brave, like decide to become a go-go dancer.... In situations like this, I often ask myself "what would Angela Landsbury do?"

I've been emailing back and forth with a guy I met last December. He is currently in Germany -- he works for a German manufacturer. When he looks out of his hotel room window he can see company HQ....which incidentally happens to be a castle. Soon he's off to Milan for 3 weeks. How do I get a job like that?

Maybe it's time for you to have that beer now.
